The pedal-controlled eROCKIT electric motorcycle has LED lighting, aluminium and carbon parts, plus 16,000 watts peak power of a brushless permanent magnet motor.

German government minister Professor Dr Jörg Steinbach is especially proud that the vehicle is made in Brandenburg and that production of the eROCKIT is now under way.

While visiting the eROCKIT facility in Hennigsdorf near Berlin, Steinbach was briefed about the machine, which was demonstrated by  test rider Sebastian "Satu" Kopke, who explained the clutch-free operation of the eROCKIT. With a top speed of almost 90 km/h, with a battery range of 120kms, safe road holding and a completely new, magical driving experience, the e-motorbike from Germany is that innovation in the two-wheeler segment.

During a tour within the eMobility startup Steinbach learned about the production and exchanged views on the international opportunities that the vehicle concept of the eROCKIT has to offer for the future of mobility. Steinbach: "I hope that the eROCKIT as an exemplary company from Brandenburg can help shaping the mobility turnaround."
